... And her too... I did wonder how she'd be doing by now.

Sad to read she passed on, but she lived to a well respectable age.

I remember her kindness, her friendly face, her attempts to communicate with me in Plattdeutsch (which is compatible with some Dutch dialects indeed). My stay in the upstairs apartment and witnessing the daily routines around the family. Loved it.

I hope the rest of the family is doing well.
